At DIVERSE HEADSPACES, we specialise in counselling for anxiety. We'll teach you evidence-based techniques to help you understand and manage your anxiety. Through personalised sessions, we will work on developing coping strategies, mindfulness practices, and relaxation techniques tailored to your needs.

If you are dealing with a loss from suicide, we at DIVERSE HEADSPACES are here to help you. Here’s what we offer:

Grief and trauma can be overwhelming, but you don't have to face them alone. At DIVERSE HEADSPACES, we provide compassionate support to individuals navigating loss and trauma. We offer a safe and confidential space for you to process your emotions, explore your experiences, and begin your healing journey. We are committed to helping you find peace and resilience in the face of adversity.

I have a deep interest and expertise in matters relating to your gender, sexuality, and relationships. The complexities of gender, sexuality, and relationship diversity can lead to feelings of shame, internal conflicts, and dysphoria if we lack the insight and awareness to understand ourselves in our unique contexts. As a queer individual, I am familiar with the daily challenges and struggles faced by members of the LGBTQIA+ community. As a GSRD (Gender, Sex, Relationship Diversity) affirming practitioner, I provide a supportive, trauma-informed, and affirming space to explore aspects of your gender, sexuality, and relationship structure that may be causing difficulties. Whether you're seeking a few sessions or considering long-term therapy, I welcome anyone who believes psychotherapy, counselling and or coaching could be beneficial to reach out.

Research indicates that neurodivergence is more common in the queer community than in the general population. As a neurodivergent therapist, I recognise that autism, ADHD, and other forms of neurodivergence can influence our lives in ways that traditional therapy might not fully address. Difficulties with social interactions, emotional regulation, and cognitive processes can affect concentration, organisation, and self-discipline. These challenges can also contribute to anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.
While medication is a common treatment for ADHD, neuro-affirming therapy, counselling, and coaching have proven to be highly effective. My therapeutic approach is rooted in an anti-ableist perspective, embracing diverse methods of working. Whether you're seeking a few sessions to explore how your neurodivergence impacts your mental health or you're interested in long-term therapy, I invite anyone who feels that psychotherapy, counselling, or neurodiversity coaching could be beneficial to reach out.

Join our group therapy sessions at DIVERSE HEADSPACES to connect with others who share similar experiences. Group therapy provides a unique opportunity to gain insights from peers while receiving professional guidance. Our skilled facilitators create a safe space for sharing, where members can offer support and encouragement. This collaborative approach fosters healing and helps participants realise they are not alone in their struggles.
